Well I really can't believe I've just had to write December for the end of this week. I really must start getting my act together. My weekly km's has gone down and at this rate I have to do 24km each. And every week just to hit my 1000km target in September when it was supposed to be 19. So some work is needed I think.
Morning, a lovely crisp morning, just ran Sammy Murphy B210k Run 2 again as it fits nicely into my route. It was lovely, and I although I thought I had messed up the recording it seems to have saved onto my Strava page after all. c25k member.So if you want to see my Bridget Jones run route.. (big knickers) its there in all its glory.. phew😊
Went out this morning to do Sammy Murphy W3 again. Thats 3 x 17 mins. Ran for 7.3k so pleased with the distance. Had a sneaky listen to week 4 and its only 3 x 18 mins so maybe this weekend...😉 I need to lengthen my course though.
So only two runs this week as I have the lurgy..uuurgh. Sore throat, headache, stiff neck and aching all over. I was going to do wk 4 R1 of b210k today..but it will have to wait.😧
