My 25th parkrun today and I cut another minute off my PB. Can't quite believe it 😳
So, in the last 3 parkruns, I've clocked 33:03, 32:11 and today's 31:08. AnneDroid I'm going to try to consolidate for a few weeks (and do few longer runs during the week) then I think it's time to get under 30!!!! Are you up for the challenge 😀???

Today was my seventeenth parkrun and I was very pleased with my second best time of 31 04.
