I don't have a before or after picture but I do have my t-shirt and medal! I ran my longest none stop for a long while! 5km 😀 Very pleased with that. After the half point I seemed to stop, couldn't keep my pace down or keep it up for very long. I did manage a new PB 3:07:46. Brilliant race very well organised loads of support and great medal.
