since being diagnosed with OA bladder I have been reading that Kegel exercises can help. I wondered if anyone can confirm this from their experience?

Hi Mikeysaab

I referred myself to the hospital physiotherapist, who recommended a range of measures, including kegels, which I have diligently been doing for about 4 months now. Things have improved but as I have made other suggested changes such as cutting back on caffeine, spacing out my drinks during the day rather than having several cups of tea at a time etc, it’s hard to pin point what helped. I haven’t felt able to stop my medication. Everyone is different and they might help you more! I would recommend seeing a physio as I had been doing kegels from YouTube videos and being getting them wrong!
