I`m not the best at socialising but I do enjoy getting out with friends.
this is a difficult question to answer. There’s sometimes when I avoid both family & friends & there are times when I see them but hate being there & I’ll suffer later on for making myself go. & there are times when I love there company.
I tend now to stand back & watch rather than be in the middle. I always have an escape route planned.
There’s a saying that struck me as so true. I’m never less alone than when I’m on my own. I guess this is what I feel when I see ‘complete’ families. Although I know that no family are without problems but thats how it feels sometimes.
I think with me its seeing people for short bursts that I can walk away from if I need to.
