Today I was given a gift of a fitbit!

So, when the weather cools down I am going to try walking more, which in turn will

hopefully get me a little fitter but will also distract my thoughts. This should really help and I am so interested to know just how much sleep I actually get, which I'm sure is not enough, so today I am feeling upbeat!

You never know, I might even catch up with GoGo_JoJo ;-)

I hope so Jo, I'm still trying to work out how to link it to my phone, it's just too hot here in the UK and my rains frazzled <3

I'll let you know how it goes.

I go to aquafit & was surprised to learn that we do 7000 steps. The lady I stand next to has one these gadget thingys. I guess with that & walking the pup housework etc… I do ok in the step department. It certainly helps me mentally. Although it’s a struggle sometimes to get going. Good Luck Chloe x
