Hello Chloe, safe and well here.Hope you are too😀.
Finding these crazy times a bit of a struggle though!
Hi Sandradsn
Yes, it certainly is and many of us are having periods when we're struggling, me included <3 I decided to write down everything I was feeling and it had a miraculous affect on me, I felt so much better. I've kept it and will one day read though it again in better times, may be worth a try <3

Hi Chloe40
I’m new here I lost my son a number of years ago I’ve had some counciling but wasn’t for bereavement but in the counciling I had they found I did need it. So they have put me in touch with someone.
I have a lot of health problems and working through them. But with this lock down it’s had to be cancel.
Also losing weight which I’m very proud of myself for doing this on this forum.
It’s very difficult to explain to people how u feel just such Lillie things upset me so much. It’s took a lot for me to do this
It is difficult to talk about feelings. There are people who will just sit and listen though,I hope you find someone. This lockdown is hard and gives me too much time to think and be sad.xx
Yes that’s so very true. Stay safe XX
Yes, it is difficult, but that's why writing in down helps so much, especially as we have so much time on our hands.
Are you creative? which leads me to another thread, hopefully we will get some ideas <3

The crisis has affected so many services hasn't it and it must be very frustrating for you, but I'm pleased you're on the waiting list, that's a step forward.

Hi I willdoit22
Congratulations for losing the weight keep going we're all behind you with that!
Being in lockdown has messed up a lot of my appointments too! It is frustrating especially if you've started to get a rapport going with someone you feel you can share with!
I often find doing things with my hands painful so I have to do it in short bursts! I've also started using my voice memos on my phone or using my computer to record how I'm feeling as though I was talking to someone else about where I'm at, yes it is a bit crazy but worth a try, especially to get through some of those bad days!! Sometimes I find myself giving myself advice whilst I'm talking! Which can sometimes help and feel like I'm talking to someone else even advising!!!
Sometimes I find some songs on my computer that I've downloaded, why I don't know but there was a reason why at the time, but may lift my mood, as I sing along with it really loud so it can help drown out some thoughts or to help the feelings I'm having!!
But everyone has their own way of coping and what works for me may not work for someone else!!
Just a couple of thoughts that's all!!
Spykey
Thank you for the nice words.
hi Chloe I have been less active on all the forums recently for all sorts of reasons.
For most of May i have been at a funded virtual boot camp run by a local company. Not had much time to do anything else and being in such a positive (virtual environment) has me brimming with ideas. More to come no doubt!
That's brilliant Greyone
I've ben wondering where you were, so glad you're enjoying it.
