Hi chloe. I plan on pottering in the garden tomorrow. And Sunday good clear out indoors 👍
Hi ChloeI've been helping to tidy up a community garden, its keeping me busy which is good.My me time will be sitting down with a book!
Been a busy week here with carrying on with the packing for when I get evicted a week on Tuesday.
Wednesday I went for a blood test even though I was frightened I decided I would go anyway and follow it through and that I did and I gave the city council a ring for a catch up on my homeless application and they said that I need to stay put until the bailiffs come to evict a week on Tuesday and did say about ringing places up to see about storage which I did do on Thursday morning and feel better for having done that although there was a company who was pushy and tried to force me into a snap decision to use them and I had asked them could I come back to them on that which I felt was reasonable rather than making a snap decision!
That company then rang me later on and then in the evening as well and I told them that I was no longer interested in using them as that was cheeky!
I didn't mind the places who said to me to ring them back if I needed anything as that was polite!
This week I have been going to swimming 4 days in a row which I have found helpful in dealing with various stressors!
Yesterday I got on with some clearing and packing and felt better after I had done it and caught up with the washing in the evening!
I have been enjoying the nice weather and having lunch outdoors making the best of things!
Today what will be happening here is I will finish off with the clearing and packing jobs and watch some rubbish TV which I think is fair enough and make a list of the essential items to pack say like medications that can be sorted out and packed a couple of days before I leave and also fit in a walk as well for some fresh air.
What I didn't want to do was leave the jobs until the night before I leave.
Even before I received that letter off the bailiffs giving me 3 weeks notice of being evicted I had made a great start on packing then and I'm glad I did.
Part of me was glad to get that notice with the date and time as at least I had been told officially and knew the score of what I am working with but still even though I had expected it it was still a shock receiving that in black and white though!
Well, you won't believe it but I've taken up knitting as my age! but after many frustrations, I have half a jumper

l really enjoy knitting. I took it up again during lockdown. Find it very relaxing. I’m making babies blankets atm. Three are due in October so plan to make them two each.
Nice weekend, went to friends for dinner on sat eve. Did some jobs then sat in the garden with the papers. Had a delicious Sunday roast then watched tv whilst doing my knitting.
I seem to be coming out of the black hole I’ve been in for the last few weeks. 🤞
My, you've been busy Caza
Babies due? how lovely.
Really pleased you seem to be brighter again, it's hard to get going again sometimes.
I've never finished anything before, I'm ashamed to say and I think that's because I didn't have anyone to ask when I went wrong. I'm learning the hard way and have undone this one 4 times, but I've persevered new to me, I have a tendency to give up on things easily
one friend is expecting twins & the other one is expecting her 1st grandchild.
Try a blanket or a scarf 1st. I started a jumper in lockdown. Kept undoing it couldn’t work out where I was going wrong & then I asked one of our ladies who’s an expert knitter. Turned out the pattern is wrong 🙄. She’s rewritten it for me but I haven’t returned to it yet. Into the blankets now. If stuck try YouTube x
there are knitting clubs around. I’ve been meaning to join a crochet one. I used to crochet but haven’t for years.
