My mom
Hi Brina.
Do you have others around you to offer support and comfort as the Anniversaries pass? Compassionate people are worth their weight in gold. So I do hope you can reach out when you are most in need.
Your own problems must have added to your grief so I hope that your treatment is working and your doctor is keeping a watch.
Good luck over the next 3 months, we'll all be here for you.
Thank u grey one and yes my family is around me I try to be strong for my dad but he is like a rock and I’m sure he is crumbling Inside 🤗
Hello Sabrina,
A very warm welcome to our Friendly Community.
Really sorry to hear of your loss and your poor health too!
Looming anniversaries can be very distressing and anxiety provoking, so I'm very glad you have joined us for support.
You've also had a massive worry with your health sadly, but I do hope with the new medication, you'll begin to pick up.
Take very good care of yourself and remember, we're always here for you, so please do post anytime {{{hugs}}}

Know how you feel. Even years later, your body seems to have a clock that turns on and you become upset. I know your mum would want you to be well and want you to enjoy your life. Do hope you feel better with the medicine. Many people need to grieve for their loss but when others see you when you are feeling low, it is hard to appear as positive. At least you have your family and can help each other get through this difficult time.
Thank u
Pleased you are feeling better. Wellbutrin can cause insomnia and Zoloft known as Sertraline can make people feel suicidal. Any other problems with symptoms with breathing or heart rate, should be reported to your doctor as some drugs don't suit everybody. I heard of someone who went on Pramexipole and she was so happy and able to cope, but she was worried about it and wanted to come off the medicine! You can't believe when people are better, they want to stop the drug.
I need some sort of help I will try anting it’s like I don’t wanna be normal
I just wanna be ok I tried to look up that medicine that started with the p
But it said no results found
You can look up any drug on drugs.com under alphabetical listing. Spellings are difficult so the list helps. It has side effects and interactions with food which is very useful. If the drug you took recently made you weepy then may be go back to doctor because it is difficult to come off a drug if you have been taking it for longer. Am sure if you tell the doctor how you felt on the med, it was making you worse than may be you can have another prescription. Mertizipine helped me for a few weeks then I came off it and felt fine.
Citalopram Celexa) is one drug which helped someone online. It might take a month to work. I was on Mirtazapine which helped after a week but put on weight.
Apologies for the wrong spelling ending in "pram".
WOW 2019 was an awful year for you and I know exactly how that feels because 2018 was mine! I'm glad you have come through it all and have good support for the upcoming anniversaries which can be difficult in their own way. Is the wellbutrin a new medication for you? Are you finding it helpful?
Yes Wellbutrin is new medicine for me it helps with focus part but not depression part my pcp put me on Zoloft see how that works I had a episode the other night wen I just cried
Yep, it's always a challenge to get the right dose and mix with new meds. Keep working closely with PCP for adjustments. Hope it will all come together quickly!
The other resource I wanted to mention since you said that your dad is still struggling with your mom's death is an organization called GriefShare: griefshare.org
They are really good for helping people go through grief process along with others who have experienced the same loss. Might even be good for you. Check it out and see what you think.
