It's been 2.25 years since I lost my partner. I do not want to express thoughts right now as I've had a time of it

I believe I hid myself away a bit but could have been worse. Then I lost my natural father and the emotions and repercussions of that were another thing. I continued to be bullied at work and now have taken voluntary redundancy along with 75% of the workforce. I have started taking anti depressants again, I tried other ways.

But I'm pleased to be here and think of you.

Hi mysmugcat

And Welcome to this safe place. It's always difficult when we have bad things in our personal life but when they happen at work too it must have felt like nowhere to go.

I took CR a few years ago and although I hope to get back into work soon, I can say that on the whole, it was for the better and I hope you can you the time and freedom beneficially.

I hope you are able to find sympathetic people around you as well as here so you can look back, plan forward and hope.

Good luck with your new journey and I hope all goes well for you. See you soon.

G1

God Bless xXx

Hello mysmugcat

I wished we had known how much you were suffering, I'm so sorry you didn't feel able to share but completely understand {{{hugs}}} please keep posting if you can, you need to get it out and we're here for you!

You've been through an awfully painful time but I do hope that your Doctor will now keep an eye on you.

It sounds as though you've made the right decision taking ER but I hate the thought that you were forced into it.

Please stay in touch mysmugcat x
