Missing my daughter

I lost my daughter almost 10 months ago and my life will never be the same. I'm just learning to live a new life without her. There are days I feel so guilty if I laugh or actually feel happy and then there are the days where I feel like I'm drowning. Never knew this kind of pain. Miss my girl so much

Hello KeiKel68

I'm so very sorry to read about the loss of your beautiful daughter, we never expect to lose our children {{{hugs}}} it's not meant to be that way. How you have managed I don't know but I'm glad you have had the support to get you through this far.

Every one of us has had days like yours and it's very hard to come to terms with especially that guilty feeling, but your daughter would never have wanted you to suffer like this but remember that it is perfectly natural to feel like this, although that's no consolation, the ups and downs are even a good sign, a sign that you are beginning to accept what has happened.

We're always here for you anytime, you'll find our members are very supportive, so do stay in touch.

Chloe
