No end to my pain

Hi this is my first post with arthritis action I have had a few types of arthritis for about 10years , it would be good to read how other people cope with there pain

It is very difficult to live with pain, I find after a while you find things you can do without hurting yourself further and try and keep yourself occupied and keep the pain to the back of your mind.
