Back from my Lunch........

Thank you to everyone who gave me positive encouragement today.

The Lunch went really well and many of my work friends turned up which was a lovely surprise.

I managed to have some laughter although sometimes the panic did appear but i refused to let it get hole of me.

To think i was pacing up and down like a lion before i went and all turned out to be a lovely day.

Thanks again for all the support it certainly helps.
