Is this normal?

Everyday I have sweaty palms and usually a big lump in my throat at least once a day, is this normal for someone who has anxiety?

I don't experience sweaty palms (feet though, dire). But I do have the throat lump thing, difficulty swallowing. I dragged a litre bottle of water around for years. It's because your body is responding to stress. You feel emotionally stressed so you body responds. It's a known bodily response to adrenaline.

Yes its okay, it will go in time it has a name I can't remember at this right now , the more you accept it as part of the anxiety state the easy it ill be. I aslo feel shaky and shivery as if I'm cold so I suppose thats a symptom as well, mnd you, it is cold outside anyway. Keep heart and plodding on, thinking of you from coton road .
