Confused

Does anyone ever get confused or feel confused with anxiety?

Hi there,I don't get confused in the "what am I doing" sense but I get very confused as to why I feel the way I do.

Yes, particularly happened to me in the work place recently. Had to check over things a few times to ensure I had completed. Stuff. It certainly does happen to me on a bad day

Once I got so muddled during a bad patch that I sent weird texts to people apparently, and I don't even remember them! x

All day, every day. My head is so busy i can't finish thinking about one concern before ive though of the next. Pure confusion and absolutely appauling memory, i go to the cinema and at the end of the film i know that i liked it, but i dont know ahppened in it, or what it was called, or possibly who was in it. I followed everything and enjoyed it but dont remember anything about it when the credits roll. I give up trying to function and i cant tell if this is the result, or the cause! 'My brain hurts' x
