Hi yeah I've been on them from march for sickness and vertigo i do find them good for the sickness. I had them for a month before I started taking them as I do not like taking anything but it got that bad and I've been fine so far touch wood.

Panic attacks can be make me feel sick without medications. Like now. Resilience is the key. It requires more than will power. It needs a support group.
