Anxiet, depression and borderline personality disorder

Really bad at moment!! Having lots of treatment. Still very hard, only got a son and a friend to rely on, rest of family do not want to know. In fact, try to exacerbate the situation. An in manual torture and so lonely!!!

Its never easy but doesnt help at all when the very people that should support you dont understand. I not long started having Anxieted and didnt understand what it was. Fortunanly for me i knew what was causing it but it wasn't till i came on here that i found people that understood how i felt and just talking about it has helped me not only deal with my anxiety but face up to the cause of it. keep posting because talking really does help

are you under any mental health support? if your feeling that low you really should be. i got reffered via my gp and when you get real desperate you can call on them. x

Yes I am and they are very helpful. But on my own and very lonely, so is very hard!!
