Heartburn

Every so often after ive had my anti depress i get heart burn. Tonight is the first night in along time ive had it. Y is it with anxiety u have keep telling ur self it is heart burn and nuthing more to reassure our selfs! Im drinking milk at the moment hopefully will get rid of it. Other then that ive had a good day xxx

hi donaf glad to hear you ok hun i dont get heart burn but my mum on some meds and for about an hour she gets the same try not to worry and you keep going strong luv hope your babies ok my pups are getting huge just in 2 weeks they have doubled in size xxxxx

Try 2 drink a full glass of water wen swallowing them as this normally solves the problem. kindest regards leeanne.x

donaf , i get indigestion , its nasty , you did the right thing a glass of milk , anxiety of course can make it worse , you are doing really well

P.S also try taking them after meals, thats wot the dr told me + also wiv lots of water, this should solve ur probleb.

Hello Donaf,

I had really bad heartburn with Setraline, not sure if this is the same meds you are taking.

Setraline comes with a warning in relation to stomach/digestion complaints.

My Dr recommended taking them different time of the day. I had plenty of Gaviscon ready and tried to change the time of when i took them. I am sure 2 hours after eating was better for me.

I eventually came off them for more reason than the heartburn.

at bedtime at my wife gets heartburn quite a lot after taking mirtazapine at bedtime it can mimic a heart attack at it"s worst, always takes gavascon straight after and it realy calms it down, good luck.
