Flu and Anxiety

Hi, just wondering if anyone else out there has Flu at the moment? The Doctor thinks I have it and I've been ill for over a week now. I feel my anxiety is starting to kick back in especially as I feel so disorientated. Just wondered if anyone else had felt the same? X

This flu has been going around for ages , i have had a virus of some kind for the last 2 weeks & my anxiety has got worse , imagination running wild & so on

Try to accept you have the flu , you will feel crap & look after yourself , just like you would tell someone else to do if they had it

I have a friend , when she is unwell , she rests , takes her self to bed & is better twice as quick as me , reason , she accepts , I dont

Hi thanks for the reply and yes your right. My anxiety has been better recently until a virus I had at Christmas and now this! It's been 8 days now so hopefully I will improve soon! Hope you feeling a lot better now too xx
