Hi. I've been on cital for 3 months now. Initially 10mg then 20mg. At first they heightened my anxiety and irrational/racing thoughts. I was about ready to give up on them after 6 weeks but eventually they kicked in and now I feel better than I have in a very long time. Ride the storm if you can as you will eventually feel better. It just takes a while for the meds to get going. Some say a few weeks, for me it was more like 2 months. It's worth it though. I feel for you so try and stay strong. Good luck. :)
