What to do?

Feel so anxious sometimes and sad just don't know why, I have been having breathing problems for the past week which goes away when I'm distracted. Cant seem to stop worrying about my breathing issue and I feel like I'm out of breath and suffocating. This is just too much, I didn't know the mind can actually make you feel these symptoms. This has to end one day.

  • This is really playing on your mind , isnt it , & I no from my own experience the more we think about our breathing the worse it gets , it really is anxiety , & the mind does actually give you these symptoms , we are so focused in on it

    Have you had a word with your GP ? they could maybe give you some help with this

    Things will get better , when you feel this way tell yourself its anxiety & it will pass & it will & the more you say it the better it will get

    We dont always no why we feel anxious either , that is a common thing amongst us all

    Keep posting , if you havent seen your GP , think about going

    Be reasured its anxiety & you are not the only one that has this problem so you are not alone

  • Thanks whywhy I really appreciate your replies. I have not gone to gp yet but I'm considering to book an emergency to get seen quickly. I do really hope this passes very soon and I know it's all anxiety. Thank you

  • Do it , go & have a word , make it your aim , that you will go & see them this week , i feel it will help put your mind at ease , I will look for your blog telling us how you got on ;)

    Keep telling yourself in the meantime , this is anxiety , it wont hurt me
