Hi all I've been noticing a lot of us are having a rough time lately the after Christmas and new year stuff which some of us don't enjoy particularly anyway but these 2 or 3 cold hard winter months when we can't wait for it to warm up a bit it seems to be a hard time for us we have to find something to occupy our 100mph minds stop ourselves over thinking things so much I can only offer a bit of advice find some other things to think on this is my music and old films time of year plus I'm trying to learn French just to replace the negative thoughts in my head and negative behavior as best I can. Summers coming always look forward take your victory s when they come and try to look about at the world it's a wonderful place to be ,be part of it. The very best to you all. Mel

YES.I always think after mid December It gets lighter by 3 mins/day...........thats 21mins/week...............thats.oh well you get the idea..........regards....stde
I agree! Even though my birthday was at the beginning of the month, I still hate january and feb. I think everyone gets S.A.D (seasonal affective disorder) from time to time too! Living in the dark is not fun either, and after all we are not Nocturnal mammals. bring on the spring...... x x x
