Well done love, the worst thing you can do is lay about in your own thoughts. Get out and get busy!!! How about a hobby?
Just need to do it myself now! Rotten weather!
Hi oldhand... thanks for your reply.....I got up and went to get the paint for dining room wall, so keeping busy.... only got the week on my own but ive been scared stiff over it!! (im at my boyfriends who lives 100 miles from me and have felt like giving up and running home many a time, but its me, hes ab fab but after a very abusive marriage, i struggle in relationships) but Im hanging in and not running!! But my anxiety is manageable at the mo and Im coping and its not so bad... I start some voluntary work tomorrow with ladies who are suffering from cancer treatment, nervous about it but hope I will be ok!! thanks again for taking the time for me :-)) xx

thank you whywhy :-)) Ive painted the wall... and the floor too!! hehe
I will let you know how tomorrow goes but I'm actually looking forward to it and dont feel the terror I did (guess being more relaxed helps with everything) so I'll chat tomorrow!!
I feel, like you, much better when I'm doing something, than sitting and letting the anxiety getting to you. It's getting your mind occupied with any exercise, be it painting or shopping or even anything that will require your concentration.
So good for you. I can't wait to hear how your day goes. xx
