Hi. kelly. If you felt 100% you would not be on this site!!! Are you expecting the impossible AT THIS STAGE of your recovery? None of us feel 100% all the time, even so called 'normal' people. Anxiety sufferers make it worse for themselves by expecting to feel 100%. Try and accept the 80% at the moment and you will find the odd 20% will come if you stop fretting about it. I know. Time passes and we do not seem to get anywhere but you are on this site and that is a tremendous help. To be able to express your feelings in an uncritical atmosphere is so useful. I wish I had had it when I was in a state. Bless you and keep posting. jonathan.

Do you have a good set of friends you can speak to about things? Its so important not to cut yourself off from the world (although thats not always done intentionally). Nothing replaces a real live human that cares. That may sound rediculous but its so easy to give up and so hard to start again. But thats just my exhasperarted mind talking!

The internet is full of so much information, use it to your advantage and set your mind at ease that what you're feeling is normal and there are other people out there who understand and can provide support during this time x
