Kelly sometimes the medication caused them when I was on meds'.

The only medication im on is depression tablets and migraine tablets i have been on them for years

Yes it is true meds can give headaches , so worth mentioning when next at GP 'S

Having said that I always suffered with migraines from a child , but they were only once a year then as I got older 4 times a year

The last 3 years i have been getting them up to 3 times a month , which if a migraine sufferer you no how that takes it out of you , any way went & got checked , couldnt find anything wrong , but what I have noticed , that now every 4 weeks without fail , so as I am going through the menopause , I am sure that for some reason , they are related to that for me

It does get me down & I no getting anxious doesnt help them , but even when I am at my best , they still come every 4 weeks !

But headaches & migraines can also be brought on by stress & anxiety , worth going & having a chat with GP to see if you can find out the cause , they might not be able to do anything , but could help to put your mind at rest

Dont the migraine tablets work ? that could be something to mention as well , I cant take them & thought I was missing out , but maybe not ? I have other health problems that stops me been able to take them

Feel for any one that suffers with migraines !

Ive suffered wiv migrains 4 about 4 or 5 yrs since my periods wen caotic. can get them very often, a few a wk at times + they can b so debilitatin. suffered wiv these way b r anxiety started, but anxity can definatly cause them as can side effects frm medicines.

I only seem to get them just before and after my periods

Think it looks like your hormones then , as there seems to be a pattern to them , a bit like me , I have one now , started last night , was just 4 weeks since last one . to me if you get them with anxiety , they will just come whenever , if there is a pattern to them , for most woman it usually is hormones , have a word with your GP , may be there is more they can do to help
