i have a major phobia of being sick which doesnt help when im having a panic attack as i assume im going to throw up, do many people suffer with this phobia?

I feel for you so much,' its no fun is it'

5 years ago I had panic attacks about being sick, it affected me if I ever had a stomache bug aswell as getting nervous and anxious. It wasn't for me keep pumping myself with medication to try and help the situation . So I researched different ways I could beat this phobia and my personal way was Tapping (EFT) and to this day it still works.
