As any one been given propranolol (beta blockers) for there anxiety if so any good .

Yes Mark I have been taking them for a long time. They do calm you and seem harmless enough. I haven't deteriorated and they help my palpitations x ella x

i have been on propranolol for quite some time, i have to agree with ella, i havent deteriorated anymore than before i started taking them, and i dont think that i have had any of the side effects, is this the first time you have been given medication for your anxiety??

I too am on this med. It has been successful for me when taken. That said, for me personally I now feel a slightly higher dose may benefit me, but that's just because of my health situ; at the mo.

Hi sammy yes this is the 1st time I have been given them only just really started to get help for the anxiety going to start with them from tomorrow and see how it goes .thanks all for the feedback
