Hello, I am a bit worried about you, I have just seen this as I tend to come on here in a morning. I take it that you have been having these panic attacks for 4 years and you on medication for something. Can you give us some more details and we will do our best to help you. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

yes have been on medication now for 4 year to help with my attacks just dont no what to do any more had a relly bad one last night i cant go out the house panic me am stress all the time up to 4 year ago i was ok i dont no ho i am any mora doc are doing there best with me every day is a batel for me and i just say to my self is this the day i die ?

Hello a bit more information can help us to help you I've had a heart attack and panic attacks first if your having chest pains call help it may be nothing more than anxiety but if you havnt been to drs with chest pains go and get checked out the trouble is panic attacks feel like you think a heart attack would feel pounding heart sweating chest pains ect the one I had didn't have any of these how many times have you felt like this if loads of times it's most likely anxiety health anxiety in particular hearts are a tough muscle and so long as we treat them right they'll be fine you take care i'le look in again to see how you getting on all the best. Hello get your self to the doctor get yourself checked health wise the results will probably comeback negative mine do it'll reassure you if nothing else. I'm going to say something strange now you say it's a battle for you it's because you are fighting it anxiety and panic attacks are fed by ourselves until we are worn out then things will settle down for a bit but you sit waiting for it to start over again I've been where you are I went for some cognitive behavioral therapy it didn't solve everything but it put me on the road back . Your meds may not suit you so see your dr although some meds take a long time to settle in try to find out if there are some particular thing that triggers the attacks off there may not be anything other than your afraid of having another attack write down what's happening while its happening if you can in as much detail as you can how you feel whats happening to you physically if you can this can help in two ways for yours and your drs help and also it take your mind off what's happening to you and calm you I've had panic attacks for years until recently when I let a bad attack come and go and paid as little attention to it as I could I know they are frightening but panic attacks are passing they can be short or long in duration you sound like you having the long ones but I've been there they were the sort I had I thought I was dying but I'm still here I know they are awful events and I'm getting over them now and you can too I wish I could be there with you but these are things we deal with alone but with all of us waiting for you to join us and start getting your life settled again it can be done all the best good luck hope it calms down soon. No love it isn't, you need to go back to the Doctors and tell him/her exactly what you have told us. I find it a lot easier to write down how I feel instead of trying to remember everything. Get some paper and a pen and start now .....when you go give it to him/her to read. This works best when you feel so confused with panic. Please go tomorrow as soon as you can, wait till the end of surgery if necessary. You can do this and we will support you xxxxxxxxx
