What a wonderful lot you are! You make my day every day and you have restored my faith in himan nature, and that took some doing. Bless you all. Lots of Love. jonathan.

Ive personally found your responces really helpful.........do you work in this type of thing?

in reply to Pickle165

Hi. sam. No, but I have written a few short stories that have been published. Actually, I quite enjoy writing though where this came from I know not. My mother and father did not write anything other than the odd letter! It is strange but most of my inspiration has come about since my GAD problem, or the recovery from it. I still believe that we do emerge, like the chrysalis, and turn into butterflies. (Some butterfly). Mind you, an imagination can be a darn nuisance at times, especially when suffering from anxiety. Best wishes. jonathan.

I'm new to this site but you have always answered my questions in a sensible, measured way. You are obviously of a caring nature and have built up a great understanding of this dibilitating, annoying, frustrating state of mind. I did wonder if maybe you were involved in the therapy profression. Ifnot, u should be! x

in reply to Gilbert

Hi. Gilbert. Yes I was. My wife and I ran an Alternative Therapy clinic in Devon for a number of years. I did Counselling. It was not until I did this that I realised how much suffering there is out there. It's a funny old world, Gilbert! Kind regards. jonathan.

what have you published, like to read it. x

Hi. Sam. It was all some time ago and in a magazine called "The Science of thought Review"

A rather 'spiritual' magazine. Not what I would do now. But we do change as we go along. Thanks for your interest. best wishes. jonathan.

Hi. heiders. Two words and with such meaning. To most of us they are just words but their deep meaning is so significant. Thank you so much. Love. jonathan.
