Day by day...........

Feeling better day by day. Went to see a counsellor and felt good to share everything that's been happening. She will help me to get my work/life balance right. (when I'm back in work!). Been nursing for 33 years working weekends/shifts/nights. Never been able to join a class/club. I've had enough of it, may be look at school nurse/health visiting, may be part-time, who knows? Time will tell. Time to reassess what I want out of life.

She will help me to understand when I'm feeling stressed/anxious/overburdened etc before I 'explode'!

My partner in rehab doing well and feeling more positive. Early days for him I know, we both have lots to think about.

It's a beautiful day and I feel peaceful.
