HUI all,does anyone get a feeling like theres a lump in your when you an anxiety attack,& how long does it last for you?

Hello dear, yes i had it many times, sometimes i am jsut walking and start shocking for no reason, is like something get stuck in my throat and cannot breathe properly, how very weird, it just comes from nowhere, the other day i was working and suddenly it hit and the noise i do when gasping for air is strange, like weird caughing and lasts for about a minute, leaving me on the edge of crying. last night i had it when i was eating icecream (i do eat ice cream 365 days a year ) and couldn't stop caughing.

there is something else called Globus Hystaricus i think i spelled it right, which a constant feeling of a lump in your throat, you can feel it every day all the time but if you ignore it totally it will go by time, i had it long time ago and when soemone talk about it i feel lit again. Mind is crazy hope this helps
