weird vision, does anyone get this

i get problems with my focus, when i go out and its horrible when i go to town,

this is just due to anxiety, make sure you have eaten properly and take some water with you and apple/banana just to control your blood sugar.

it will fade by time, but sometimes it will come back with revenge, like today i was trying to read on the train and i can only see spots.

if you think as well you need to check your eyes make sure you do.

Hi,

When my anxiety first started I developed a black spot on my vision known as a 'floater'. It went after a few weeks, one of many symptoms that have come and gone in the last year or so. I know it sounds daft but try not to worry about it as your anxiety will only increase.

hi yes i have been getting this for a few weeks now been to spec savers twice nothing going on according to them .. i have even been getting terrible headaches and aversion to bright lights yet all his advice was wear dark glasses as the winter is here now and fluorescent lights tend yo annoy some people ...my vision seems out of sinc and i feel light headed most of the time .. my doc thinks it is migraine . but these spaced out feelings feel horrible ..

i remember getting this a few years ago and i wasn,t going to take no for an answer from my doc . who eventually sent me for a brain scan ... well it came back clear and the problems disappeared as soon as he told me all was well ... now it has come back again .. so trying to ride with it hoping i can get some relaxing tapes today to stop the cycle of worry .. symptoms of worry . just bought paul mckennas book about stress....
