I have a cold. My anxiety is way up as a result. Does this happen to anyone else?

sometimes I feel that my heart is beating faster, or beating un-evenly when I get a cold and citalpram does not seem to work very well, I think it is because your body is fighting off a virus, it will pass. from someone who has suffered anxiety for over 40 years, hope this helps

Yeah, I've dosed myself with... vit B, starflower oil, blueberries, manuka honey. I have day nurse. Already feeling less anxious. Thanks!

Hi Theme. Yes. Just getting over a rotten cold, now have a return of anxiety. There appears to be a lot around. Perhaps it is the poor Summer we have had. Cold symptoms accentuate anxiety, so don't worry. When the cold goes you will feel better. Kind regards. Jonathan
