hiya everyone havent posted for a while after tests after test they have finally found out i have coealiac disease a problem with my small intsetine so i have to go on a gluten free diest for life i have researched it and apprently anxiety issues i have been battling is becasuse of this disese as anybody else got coeliac disese x

If you contact Juvela and Glutafin they will send you a box of food to get you started and there is coeliac uk ds specials cool chillie do mexican tortillas that are gf too. I understand that the serotonin the bodies happy drug is made in the small intestine, that could be why. I have anxiety, depression and fatigue. good luck I hope recover well.

I have been suffering with anxiety ad loads of bloods done came bck fine but 2 weeks ago i went docs because im always tired they dun test and came up with i av cd x

have you had an endoscopy Natty? If not it could be that you have an intolerance rather than CD which of cousre isnt as "serious" in the scheme of things!
