Hi just need to chat , I have had a very good week, then all at once I'm relaxing in bed, and this feeling of ice cold starts running up and down8.my body , I.am.trying to.think.what could of triggered.it off tonight , so frustrated seems I go two steps forward and three back..on.Thursday I am having a heart monitor fitted.but gp is convinced it is Down to anxiety , I just need to know , and then I can deal with it .Thanks for listening
