Had a bad day!

Had a really bad low this week. My girlfriend has a newish job. For the first time in a long time she never txt me all morning. I sent her a txt at lunchtime to check she was ok. I tend to wait for a txt from her as I know she's busy. When she responded she said she was sat in her car having lunch. This one thing sent me into a real low, anxious state. I know she loves me. We are in a long distance relationship and only see each other at weekends. I don't know why I get like this and I'm afraid it will drive her away.

HI, have a good chat together face to face and tell her your concerns. if shes working you need to understand that she wont be availible to text when even she wants and after a busy morning, lunch time she may want to just chill in her car on her own. try not to take it too personally. take care x

Hi, I know if someone were constantly texting me it would drive me insane. I would get into such a state waiting for the next one and then the next one. This must be how you feel. I suggest a talk as Sam has said and then maybe a set time period to txt between each other during the week. If your Girlfriend has a new job she will need to concentrate on that and not worry about upsetting you. Don't worry , I'm sure you will get it sorted this weekend . Have a good one x
