I finished my group therapy about a month ago now and although I have all the material they gave to us I wondered if anyone cold recommend any good books about overcoming anxiety and also any good books/cd's/apps for relaxation techniques. as I find them especially helpful to take my mind off things before bed.
Thanks

I'm just sitting here reading a book called overcoming panic,a self help guide using cognitive behavioral techniques by derrick silove and viaya manicavasagar. Picked it up from the library this morning as is making some sense already. Should be able to get it from your library too I would think. I downloaded a recordings from the internet and use it every night and think it's helping. Got it from a website called getselfhelp.co.uk. It's the 27 min one for panic and anxiety that has the mans voice and also background music. It cost £2.50 but I'd quite happily pay it again as it seems to be helping x
