muscle aches and pains

hi any one get muscle pains in legs and arms with anxiety

seems when i am having a good day they are ok .

when i get anxious they come back with a vengeance i do have RA

seems related to my anxiety

Yes deep muscular pains it is probably anxiety but get yourself checked out I get them they seem to get worse as the day wears on and I get tired try to keep active though and hopefully the anxiety will pass all the best and good look. Mel

absolutley, but i think i would desribe it more as tense muscles i get. but they sure hurt aswell. it just feels like most of my muscles are constantly "edgey,tight,tense,shakey," these are the best words i can think of to describe it.
