Hi love. You did not have to purchase membership to join this site, you can use it as we all do for free to chat with people and get some info on your panic attacks. What exactly did you pay a membership for ? Do you want to use this site for getting bits of info about how you feel ? is it to chat with others to get the info, just seems you may have paid this membership to use the site for same reasons as we have all joined, if so then contact the site and explain things to them. If not then i do hope you will find the answers to why you joined it and paid a membership. Good luck. x

If you've paid £30.00 which is a 'therapy' membership then it will entitle you to fast access to reduced cost therapy. Therapy can be face to face, over the phone or via webcam. You will also have access to the specialised helplines, receive 4 magazines a year and have access to the members area on the website. Just ring the helpline or send an email in order to get the password. And of course your £30.00 will go towards supporting the charity so that it can continue in its work to support people affected by anxiety. Best wishes
