HI, welcome...i drink camomile tea everyday now to keep the jitters away, also valerian is good if you have trouble sleeping. x

Thanks, I bought some this evening. Also waiting for my antidepressant to kick in. Was on tiny dose as have been anxiety free for a while but having to increase it again.

I tried camomile tea ages ago but didn't like the taste....thought I would give it go again today and came across some camomile with honey and vanilla. A slightly sweeter taste and I really like it, might be worth a go? :) xx
