Pain

Can the weather an stress an anxiety make you feel like you been hit by a truck! So much pain is causing anxiety to really kick in!!!!!! I'm so tired of living this way!

No that is. One of my phobias is meds but I am taking 2mg ativan a day I hate it !they keep wanting me to go on other meds but I refuse! I m sort of a health nut I won't even eat red meat. I pray you feel better x

hello ladies anxiety can give you pain allover, like today i even had pain in my fingers, is like very sensitive to touch!! weird but what i think because anxiety makes us so tense that our nerves are always tense and this can cause the body to ache all over!!!

Guys, drugs can help sometimes if it is appropriate for you....you just need to find the right ones. They all have side effects for a period and sometimes it goes and sometimes you realise they are just not the ones for you! Tranquilisers and sedatives can stop the anxiety in its tracks at times, but all very addictive. Anti-depressants supposed to help in the long term but again can have side effects. If you find you are struggling and have not tried the meds it could be an avenue to explore.

But if you are able to get over anxiety without it that would be the ideal.....just don't rule out all routes as you may find the right one for you.

I go for the drugs route purely as I feel as if I am trying to help myself. I cannot beat the anxiety on my own, I need some help!

yea the weather can make u feel worse more down and feeling weird wen it rains i agree pain .yea we are more on tense wen we having a massage and we need too loosen up abit but we cant help it can we people xx
