yes tried Linden method, I can't say that it was useless, I learned some stuff but wasn't worth the money. Charles promise you a lot but don't think it is effective, I still have anxiety it didn't go and wouldn't go!! maybe it will work for you, not sure.

loads of stuff in his book can be found on line, it is a way of making money, I know he suffered anxiety, if he wants to help people he can do it for free, not charging over £4000 to go on the retreat to see his face talking about anxiety. I felt like patronized by him even listening to his CDs. you do get like one year contact with them when buying the pack but when i tried them there were not helpful and I only contact them twice, first time they forward a standard by default response which they send to everyone and second time I asked a question no one replied. pretty useless. there is another person who tried it in here, she said that it helped her a bit but same thing she still not cured!! good luck hun!!

Lindenlea. I purchased this audio set, and must agree with the caller above, it has not helped me at all, je makes it sound so easy, it says --------- When you feel a panic attack, say to yourself, Come on get worse and it will disappear in time= makes it sound so easy but believe me,I have had this awful anxiety, panics, and agoraphobia for over 40 years, but that certainly is not the answer, when I am in a panic,I am not able to do that whatsoever. I was 19, when I first had this, and in netween have better periods, but it never goes, I have tried this so many times, I am going to write to him and ask if I can have my money refunded, do you think I will be lucky enough to get it, please do not pay out all that money.

I have heard a lot of responses that if it didn't work it must be soemthing that you are doing wrong!!! it is not rocket sciences, I did whatever they said to do but did not recover!! hate when people take advantage from volunrable people!!!)

someone told me to ask for my money back, if you want maybe we can do a list of name and all of us send an email, just to make them see that it didn't work for loads?? what do you think?? I can use the money back??

Lindenlea, I read your message and agree whole heartedly that I want to get my money back, I saved to get this Linden Method Audio set,and have never been felt as I have been taken advantage of, it does not work at all, I have read better help on line from sufferers, I have had this many years, and what charles Linden suggests is a scam, I agree with you let us get a list of people who have purchased this, and felt as though they have been diddled out of a lot of money Please answer this, reply to me please.

Hi there is also Joe Barry, which is cheaper than the linden method, also have you read any of Claire Weeks books these are good too, I purchased the Linden method years ago and it never helped me and when you ask them why they say its because your not doing it right lol x
