The recent doctor I went to see I would give a 1. I went in really upset and wanted to talk about feeling down, and he just said he'd send me to a cardiologist about my heart. He just talked over me whenever I went to change the subject. I was so angry as it took a lot for me to go there in the first place. But nevermind. :) x

I would give mine a 7. He struggled to help at first visit, but once I had been again to see him and he realised was not a short term issue he was a great help - mainly by referring me to specialists and he covered all blood tests for obvious causes like thyroid/diabetes/anaemia. I do think you need to find one who wants to help and understands mental health issues. I have seen some shockers before!

Mine's a 10. I'm very lucky
