Whats it all about, Anxiety Panic,feeling sick all the time.

Its awful i hate it just want to feel normal for once x

I no what you mean, one day or even a few hours , would be good, but too wake up feeling so awful after few hours sleep, and carry on feeling so frightened when does it all end.

I had to go to the doctor in the end and finally I seem to be making a breakthrough with the tablets.

I don't like taking them, but they stop me panicking and I am able to put into practice the relaxation or diversion techniques I've been taught.

I'm finally accepting that I have a problem and looking at ways to deal with it, fingers crossed that I'm making the slow road to recovery.

Prozac and pregabalin.

Prozac practically knocked me out for a few weeks whilst it kicked in and did get worse but it stopped the panic attacks. Came off propranolol and the doctor put me on pregabalin.

Since being on it have driven to Oxfordshire (150 miles away), attended a funeral, done shopping and driven on the motorway.

Still early days though and need to get out of the house more especially on my own.

I just taken the pills the dr gave me, and hope too sleep even for a hour. Have had really bad day, husband got ms and it's killing me inside too carry on like normal around him, when. The panic and pain so bad. I am so frightened for him as his lost all movement from the neck down, voice gone too. It's hard
