Horrible anxiety

anxi spikes blood pressure to dangerous levels. Dr did ecg and blood work. Everything ok. Doubled medication for blood pressure. Any experience this? Some please answe

Hi ! I have SVT arrhythmia and had several episodes this year. The last 2 were at work. I work in surgery and that was a horrible experience. I've had 2 attempted ablations. I was finally put on a medication 6 weeks ago and I return to work tomorrow. I am real nervous about it cause I'm afraid I'll have another episode. Since I've been on medication I haven't had any episodes. I think it was anxiety related and I was also put on Buspar which is helping.
