Gabapentin & results getting off final 100mg

I read so many post of individuals getting down to 100mg of Gabapentin but where do they go from there. I have been fighting anxiety and have gotten down to 100mg but it seems anxiety really jumps up at that time. I want off because of the effect Gabapentin has on my walking and short term memory. So i am at a crossroad. I want off gabapentin but what are my options for the final 100mg. Where do people turn to then to fight the remaining anxiety without severe side effects or at least livable side effects, Your help will be appreciated.
