Difficulty micturating while anxious.

Hi! I have had this trouble since 2018 at least. I cannot pass urine when I am anxious and or or around people, at someone's house, at own house when anxious etc (btw I am a guy). It has grown ever since. How to handle this?

I believe this is called "shy bladder." You should speak to a urologist and a psychologist about this. This is a problem that does affect some people and is a known condition.

Yes, I talked to my psychiatrist. They said the same. Now I have to figure out a way to relax when this happens.
