One of those, please tell me you feel this too posts. So I’ve noticed I get a heaviness behind my eyes. I physically feel like a heaviness, a feeling that almost feels how you would if you were really tired but I’m not. I notice this when I’m feeling super anxious and it lingers, I think I want it to go away so much it stays around even more. Does anyone else get this similar feeling when very anxious?

Hi Kimbad1990, I get this as well. I'm not tired but my eyes feel as if they are.

I have found that it is usually dryness in the air that causes this feeling.,

It is also a sign for myself that I am not drinking enough water and am dehydrated.

Of course, the best way to find out is to see your eye doctor who can suggest what

to do. Eye strain is another issue. Please check with your doctor. :) xx

Yes I do get this and I noticed it happens when I'm in public/ outside or have to socialize. Then when I'm calm and alone I no longer have that tired heavy feeling in my eyes.
