anxiety and covid

hi anyone please help still anxiety but i went into hospital last week and caught covid i was really poorly saturday and now i’ve passed it on to my partner and daughter i’m so scared my partner says he struggling breathing and i’m getting really paranoid i’m sat in bed scared to go to sleep incase he can’t breathe in the night and my daughter is only 2. what do i do i’m scared….

Call your doctor! Check as soon as possible if Paxlovid would be good to take and get a prescription for it. It must be taken in the first 5 days of the virus. As to your child, call the pediatrician and see what she suggests. If your partner gets worse, have him go to the emergency room. I know it is frightening, but try to get as much rest, fluids and light food as you can.

You might all go to Urgent Care and get tested for covid and any help they need.

we got thru the night now my daughter is coughing like a horse and we r not sleeping enough we r knackered and then. not sleeping at night, got some medicines for us all hoping they will help if not go to docs at end of week…. did anyone else get it this bad and what did u do? my anxiety is not helping me
