Hi, I’ve been taking 1 tablet of mirtazapine a day for about a year. It’s calmed my anxiety but I’m always tired on it. Has anybody experienced this tiredness?

I took 15 mg of mirtazapine at night for a couple of months. It helped me sleep at night but made me very sleepy all the day and hungry all the time. I stopped it.

hi Ben1505, I’m on mitrazapine and take it at night as they do cause drowsiness, so about an hour before I go to bed I take it and sleep well and feel quite refreshed in the morning. Hope this help. Take care

Hi Ben. I took Mirtazapine for a year in 2021 and it made me sleep well but I always felt tired and sluggish everyday so I stopped taking it after weaning myself off
